Choose from Delivery Options


Freight deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your delivery online. If you don't make the appointment online, the carrier will call at a later time to schedule.

 

Room of Choice (EXTRA $19)

Upgrade to Room of Choice delivery, and we'll make sure your packages are not only inside your home but carried to the room of your choice. We'll also carry items upstairs – ideal for apartment and condo dwellers.

Requirements:

  • Street access of at least 10 feet wide
  • Street overhead clearance of at least 14 feet
  • Street with no vehicle weight restrictions
  • Stairways, doorways, hallways & turns at least 36 in. wide

 

Room + Unbox (EXTRA $29)

With our top tier delivery service, we'll deliver right to your room of choice and place your item just where you want it. We'll also do the unboxing and dispose of any packaging.

Requirements:

  • Street access of at least 10 feet wide
  • Street overhead clearance of at least 14 feet
  • Street with no vehicle weight restrictions
  • Stairways, doorways, hallways & turns at least 36 in. wide
  • Existing furniture should be moved by the delivery recipient

 

 

Delivery conditions outside of the above guidelines including, but not limited to, sharp turns, narrow or gravel driveways, and gated communities or condominiums require additional handling services and fees. Upon Delivery

Before you sign, inspect your delivery for accuracy and damage. If there's light damage to the packaging, please note on the delivery paperwork. If you suspect there could be damage to the product, ask for a copy of the delivery receipt with the carrier's name and truck number, refuse the item, and contact Customer Care at 11-800-723-2082.

 

If you discover damages after the delivery is made, contact Customer Care within 24 hours otherwise, We won't be responsible for damaged and open box Items return.
